Any system order may be canceled prior to the shipment of the system. However, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total purchase price paid for the system. No products may be returned for credit after 30 days from receipt of the products by the customer, or following installation of the system. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned products, except in the case of Hellion, Inc error.
