Pipe Replacement for Existing Hellion Systems (New or Used)

We at Hellion acknowledge that pipes for our systems may become damaged or unusable due to an incident while on the car. Because of this, we offer a pipe replacement service that allows you to either have the pipe fixed or to purchase
a replacement. The policy stipulations below MUST be met in order for a pipe to
be repaired or replaced. Please note that it MAY take up to 2-3 months for a pipe
to be replaced due to our kits being produced in specified quantities.

Steps 1&2 – Pictures and Part Numbers - We ask that in order for a pipe to be replaced,
you first complete these steps in order for us to complete an evaluation on your situation
and determine the best way to proceed.

Step 1.) Please select your kit from the links below. After you have done this, please try and
locate the pipe that you need replaced, and write down the part number.
You will need this for the third step.

Step 2.) Please take pictures of the damage to your pipe. This will let us know, visually, both
what pipe you are referring to, and also the extent of the damage. This will help us to
determine whether or not the pipe needs to be replaced, or if we can repair it.

Please complete the above steps before proceeding to step 3. ONLY proceed to step 3
AFTER completing the first 2 steps. Thank you.

Step3.) Please call us at (505) 873-4670 and let us know that you will be sending us
pictures for evaluation. We will then provide you with en e-mail address that you can send
the pictures and part number to. We will respond to your e-mail as quickly as possible with information about what we can do to help with the situation.
