


The TurboXS Bypass valve vents excess pressure back into the car’s air intake making the valve ideal for
Mass Air Flow (MAF) metered cars where venting to atmosphere can create a "rich" air/fuel ratio right after
the valve goes off. This valve from TurboXS is CNC machined out of billet aluminum and brass.
This valve comes standard with a 34mm OD anodised aluminum hose adapter for the inlet. This is the
Valve that Hellion uses on all of it's upgraded turbo kits using 76mm and larger turbochargers.

A totally new Patent Pending concept from Turbonetics, the NewGen’s swing valve design is unique for a
remote type wastegate that offers a clear exhaust path to regulate exhaust gases (as opposed to a poppet
type wastegate) to maintain and control operating boost pressure. The NewGen wastegate features
V-band type connection, a billet cap, a cast stainless base, and a 2" Inconel swing valve and has the
capability to control up to 1000 HP.

wastegate, the Turbonetics team cars were making more power at higher boost levels than ever before.
The NewGen HP was built to withstand the enormous back pressures that can occur when boost is the
only way to more power. This is especially true when maximum compressor wheel sizes are enforced for
certain racing classes. The HP Newgen is built with even more bullet proof components to ensure
accurate boost control at the highest pressure ratios.

Vortech's new Bypass Valve flows 1300 CFM, and can handle over 1,500 hp. It features a large rolling
diaphragm configuration with –4 AN signal hose connection and dual filtered vents that allow for quick valve response. It can be mounted in any position and is adaptable to all types of boosted engine installations.
This valve will work best with speed-density systems, such as a F.A.S.T. system.
